CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN GENENTECH,
INC. AND THE CITY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
OFF-SITE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco an agreement between
Genentech, Inc. and the City for the construction of off-site
improvements as set forth in the agreement, on file in the Office
of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the llth day of
September , 1991 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Jack Drago
