HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 116-1991RESOLUTION NO. 116-91 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A MEMBER OF THE CITY COUNCIL AS THE CITY'S REPRESENTATIVE TO THE SAN MATEO COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE WHEREAS, on July 10, 1991, the City Council adopted a Resolution approving a Cooperation Agreement between the City and San Mateo County to form a consortium which is required to received HOME funds under the National Affordable Housing Act; and WHEREAS, San Mateo County currently has a Community Development Committee which makes funding recommendations for the Community Development Block Grant Program. This Committee will be expanded to incorporate representatives from County Consortium jurisdictions, to sit as an advisory board with respect to HOME funding recommendations; and WHEREAS, the City Council is requested to authorize one of its members as the City's representative to the San Mateo County Community Development Committee. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that it authorizes one of its members to serve as the City's representative to the San Mateo County Community Development Committee. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the llth day of Sept:mh~r , 1991, by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Richard A. Haffe¥, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna, Roberta Cerri Teqlia, and Mayor Jack Draqo NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None
