CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING JOINT EXERCISE OF
POWERS AGREEMENT WITH THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a form of
Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement (the "Agreement") with the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco, dated as
of September 11, 1991, a copy of which is on file in the office of
the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement has been reviewed and considered by
this Council; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South Francisco that:
1. The Agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the city and the
city Clerk is hereby authorized to attest the Mayor's signature and
affix the corporate seal of the City thereto.
2. The City Clerk shall transmit a copy of this resolution
to the Clerk of the Agency.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the city Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the llth day of
September , 1991 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Roberta Cerri Teglia, and
Mayor Jack Draqo
NOES:
Councilmembers Gus Nicolopulos, and John R. Penna

ABSENT: None
