CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 92-7 TO THE 1991-1992
OPERATING BUDGET AND 92-CIP-1 TO
THE 1991-1992 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City has responsibility for Common Greens
maintenance of the Willow Gardens Parks and Parkways Maintenance
District; and
WHEREAS, additional revenue is needed to support the
maintenance and operation of facilities and improvements in this
District; and
WHEREAS, on July 10, 1991 the city Council adopted Resolution
No. 88-91 imposing an assessment for this purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that it hereby adopts budget amendments 92-7
and 92-CIP-1 to appropriating $79,210.00 from the Willow Gardens
Parks and Parkways Maintenance District to the Capital Improvements
Program 3udget and $9,000.00 to the operating budget for enhanced
maintenance.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 25th day of
