A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS
92-8 AND 92-9 TO THE 1991-1992
OPERATING BUDGET AND AMENDMENTS
92-CIP-2 AND 92-CIP-3 TO THE
1991-1992 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City has responsibility for Common Greens
maintenance of West Park 1 & 2 and West Park 3 Parks and Parkways
Maintenance District; and
WHEREAS, additional revenue is needed to support the
maintenar.ce and operation of facilities and improvements in the
Districts; and
WHEREAS, on July 10, 1991 the City Council adopted Resolution
No. 89-91 imposing an assessment for the above-stated purpose in
the West Park 3 District; and
WHEREAS, the Council imposed an Assessment for the above-
stated purpose in West Park 1 & 2 District by adopting Resolution
No. 96-91 on July 24, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco as follows:
1. Budget Amendment #92-8 appropriating $32,224.00 from the
West Park 1 & 2 Parks and Parkways Maintenance District to the
operating budget is hereby approved.
2. Budget Amendment #92-9 appropriating $57,004.00 from the
West Park 3 Park and Parkways Maintenance District to the operating
budget is hereby approved.
3. Budget Amendment #92-CIP-2 appropriating $328,838.00 from
West Park 1 & 2 and Parkways Maintenance District to the Capital
Improvement Program Budget is hereby approved.
4. Budget Amendment #92-CIP-3 appropriating $1,012,518.00
from West Park 3 Parks and Parkways Maintenance District to the
Capital Improvement Program Budget is hereby approved.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a reQu]ar meeting held on the 25th day of
September , 1991 by the following vote:
