CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A
GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AND THE FEDERAL AVIATION
ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration is offering a
$2,000,000 grant to carry out the Noise Insulation Program
undertaken by the city of South San Francisco; and
WHEREAS, a consultant will be selected to commence design as
soon as the appropriate agreements are executed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City
of South Francisco that:
1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the
appropriate form of Agreement necessary for acceptance of the
Federal ~rant funding.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the
consultir.g services agreements on behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 25th day of
September , 1991 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Richard A. Haffev, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
R°berta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Jack Drago
