CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT
92-CIP-4 TO THE 1991-1992 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the grant funds for the
Aircraft Noise Insulation Project are greater than anticipated; and
WHEREAS, prior appropriation was $500,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city
of South San Francisco that it hereby adopts this budget amendment
to appropriate an additional $2,000,000 from grant proceeds to the
Aircraft Noise Insulation Project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 25th day of
September , 1991 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Jack Drago
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
