CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CONFERENCE CENTER
~EREAS, pursuant to the call for bids as provided in
Resolution No. 110-91 adopted August 14, 1991, and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the
17th day of September 1991, for the Project No. PB-90-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, Nibbi Bros., Inc. in the amount of Five
Million One Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Two
Dollars ($5,164,532.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the written contract between the City and the
successful bidder on file in the Office of the City Clerk.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on
the 9th day of 0ct0ber , 1991 by the following

City Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Roberta Cerri Teglia,
and Mayor Jack Drago
NOES:
City Councilmembers Gus Nicolopulos, and John R. Penna
