CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE
CONFERENCE CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of
the City an Agreement entitled "Construction Management Services
for the Conference Center, between the City of South San Francisco
and HarrSs & Associates. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the
City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of
October , 1991 by the following vote.
AYES:
City Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Roberta Cerri Teglia,
and Mayor Jack Drago
NOES:
City'Councilmembers Gus Nicolopulos, and John R. Penna

ABSENT: None
