CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE
WATER OUALITY CONTROL PLANT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The city Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of
the City an Agreement entitled "Design Services During Construction
for the Water Quality Control Plant, between the City of South San
Francisco and CH2M Hill. The Agreement shall be on a time and
material basis, the maximum cost not to exceed $384,000.00. A copy
of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the llth day of
December , 1991 by the following vote.
AYES: Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Gus Nicolopulos
Roberta Cerri Teqlia, and Mayor John R. Penna
