CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED MANTEGANI TRACT SUBDIVISION
AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. Map Approval
The Final Map, entitled "Mantegani Tract Subdivision", is
hereby approved.
2. Acceptance of Dedications
The dedication of public use as shown on the map of
Mantegani Tract Subdivision of an easement for sanitary sewers is
hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to certify the
City's acceptance on said map.
3. Recordation
The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record or
cause recordation of the Final Map in the official records of the
County.
4. CoDies of Recorded Documents
A reproducible plastic film, copy of the recorded Final
Map shall be filed in the Office of the City Engineer. The
Building Division shall withhold building permits until the copy of
the recorded map is filed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the llth
day of December , 1991, by the following vote:
