CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN SMITH-EMERY
COMPANY AND THE CITY FOR THE
CONFERENCE CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco, that:
The CSty Manager is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco an agreement for the
Conference Center between Smith-Emery Company and the City to
provide special inspection and testing services during
construction for a fee in the amount of $25.656.00, upon terms
and conditions as set forth in the Agreement, on file in the
Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the city Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the llth day of
December , 1991 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri Te§lia,
and Mayor John R. Penna

Councilmember Gus Nicolopulos
