CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT FOR GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES FOR
THE NEW CORPORATION YARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The CSty Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the
City of South San Francisco an Agreement for geotechnical
services between Geo/Resource Consultants and the city for design
of the City Corporation Yard, for a maximum fee of $16,000, upon
terms and conditions as set forth in the Agreement, on file in
the Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South
San Francisco at a .re§u]ar meeting held on the 22nd day of
January , 1992 by the following vote.
AYES:
Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberta Cerri Teqlia, and Mayor John R. Penna
