CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN AND SURVEYING FOR THE
BADEN AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
1. The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the
City an Agreement for the engineering design and surveying for the
Baden Aw~nue Reconstruction, between the City and Smith, Randlett,
Foulk and Stock, Inc., for a maximum fee of $33,000.00 upon terms
and conditions as set forth in the Agreement, on file in the Office
of the City Clerk.
2. Once the plans and specifications have been completed, the
City Manager is hereby authorized to solicit and advertise for bids
to construct the project in accordance with State law and the
City's procedures.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 22nd day of
January , 1992 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberra Cerri Teglia, and Mayor John R. Penna
