CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
FOR COST SHARING OF ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTS FOR
THE HICKEY BOULEVARD EXTENSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the
City an Agreement for the cost sharing of environmental documents
for the Kickey Boulevard Extension, between the City and the County
of San Mateo. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City
Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 22nd day of
January , 1992 by the following vote.
AYES:
Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and John R. Penna

ABSENT: None
