CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGE~
AMENDMENT 92-13 TO THE 1991-1992
OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the State Water Quality Control Board recently
adopted a new "Bay Protection and Toxic Cleanup" program with
annual fees of $22,000 to be paid by the treatment plants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that $22,000 is appropriated from the
undesignated sewer fund balance to the Water Quality Control Plant
operating budget to pay for this year's fees.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 12th day of
February , 1992 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Jack Draqo, Joseph A. Fernekes, and
Mayor John R. Penna
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT:
Councilmembers Gus Nicolopulos, and Roberta Cerri Teglia
