CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION
OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT - LANDS
OF TITO, PM-91-282
~EREAS, the map entitled "Parcel Map 91-282, being a
Resubdivision of Lands of Antonio & Godofreda Tito, described
in Deed Recorded as Document No. 86026774, in the official
Records of San Mateo County, City of South San Francisco,
California", prepared by Loreto M. Manuel dated January 1991,
has been approved by the Planning Commission; and
~EREAS, the Parcel Map dedicates to the City of South San
Francisco a Public Utility Easement, on or over that certain
strip of land designated and shown on the map as "10' P.U.E."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South Francisco, that:
1. Acceptance of Public Utility Easement. The
dedica'tion of the Public Utility Easement as shown on Parcel
Map PM-91-282 is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is
authorized to certify the City's acceptance.
2. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record
or cause recordation of the Parcel Map in the official records
of the County of San Mateo.
3. Copies of Recorded Documents. A reproducible mylar,
or equal, a copy of the recorded Parcel Map shall be filed in
the Office of the city Engineer.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on
the 12th day of February , 1992 by the following
vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, and
Mayor John R. Penna
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers Gus Nicolopulos, and Roberta Cerri Teglia
