CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE BOYS AND GIRLS
CLUB OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The city Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the
City of South San Francisco a Lease Agreement for the Paradise
Valley Recreation Center between the Boys and Girls Club of South
San Francisco and the City of South San Francisco, upon the terms
and conditions set forth in the Agreement, on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted ~y the City Council of the city of South
San Francisco at a re§u/ar meeting held on the 12th day of
February , 1992 by the following vote.
AYES:
Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, and Mayor John R.
Penna
NOES: None
ABSTAIN None
ABSENT: Councilmembers Gus Nicolopulos, and Roberta Cerri Teqlia
