CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
STONEGATE RIDGE AND WILLOW GARDENS
COMMON GREENS MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the City solicited competitive bids for the
maintenance of Stonegate Ridge and Willow Gardens Areas; and
WHEREAS, the bids were received and opened on January 9,
1991; and
WHEREAS, R.M.T. Landscape Contractors was
responsive and responsible bidder.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, R.M.T. Landscape Contractors in the amount
of Thirty One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars and No/Cents
($31,200.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the written contract between the City and the
successful bidder on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
