CITY CgUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
THE STREET AND PARKWAY LANDSCAPE AREAS
WHEREAS, the city solicited competitive bids for the
maintenance of specific Street and Parkway Landscape Areas; and
WHEREAS, the bids were received and opened on January 9,
1991; and
WHEREAS, Environmental Care, Inc. was the most responsive
and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, Environmental Care, Inc. in the amount of
Sixty Six Thousand One Hundred Twenty Nine Dollars and Forty
Six Cents ($66.129.46).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the written contract between the City and the
successful bidder on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
