CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE WEST PARK 1, 2 & 3 COMMON
GREENS MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the City solicited competitive bids for the
maintenance of West Park 1, 2 & 3 Common Greens; and
W~EREAS, the bids were received and opened on January 9,
1991; and
W~EREAS, Environmental Care, Inc. was the most responsive
and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, Environmental Care, Inc. in the amount of
One Hundred Seventy One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Two Dollars
and 40 Cents ($171,662.40).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the written contract between the City and the
successful bidder on file in the Office of the City Clerk.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on
the 12th day of February , 1992 by the following
vote:

Mayor John R. Penna
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT:
Councilmembers Gus Nicolopulos, and Roberta Cerri Teglia
