CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 92-14 TO THE 1991-1992
OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City must allocate funds to provide for mid-year
budget adjustments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that it hereby adopts this budget amendment
to authorize the following:
1. Transfer $12,860 from the salary reserve to departments
as listed in Exhibit "A" to provide for cost of living increases
for Management and Confidential employees in excess of those
included in department budgets.
2. Transfer $5,656 from the salary reserve to departments as
listed in Exhibit "B" to provide for cost of living increases for
AFSCME employees in excess of those included in department budgets.
3. Provide for leases entered into during the fiscal year by
adjusting lease revenue as follows:
a) $160,289 for the general fund.
b) $97,787 for the sewer fund.
c) $195,267 for the vehicle replacement fund,
and adjusting lease expense as follows:

Appropriating equipment expense of $111,394 to the
non-departmental budget for the computer lease.
e)
Appropriating $146,682 to the Public Works
Department budget for the vacuum truck lease.
f)
Appropriating $195,267 to the vehicle replacement
fund budget for the fire pumper lease.
