CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
OYSTER POINT INTERCHANGE CONSTRUCTION
E.B. MOTEL DEMOLITION
WHEREAS, the City solicited competitive bids for the
Oyster Point Interchange Construction - E.B. Motel Demolition;
and
WHEREAS, the first phase of work will be to remove all the
asbestos containing materials before the structures are
demolLshed; and
WHEREAS, the bids were received and opened on February 21,
1992; and
WHEREAS, Ludwig Betchart, Inc. was the most responsive and
responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South Francisco, that:
_. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, Ludwig Betchart, Inc. in the amount of
Ninety Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Dollars and No Cents
($98,990.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the written contract between the City and the
successful bidder on file in the Office of the City Clerk.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a re§ular meeting held on
the 11th day of March , 1992 by the following

Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor John R. Penna
