CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 92-7 TO THE 1991-1992
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, Stonegate Ridge landscaped area was deeded to the
City with the requirement that it be maintained by the city with
funds derived from a percentage of the property tax revenues within
the District; and
WHEREAS, $28,500 is needed for improvements in the Stonegate
Ridge Parks and Parkways Maintenance District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Soutk San Francisco that $28,500 is appropriated from the
Stonegate Ridge Parks and Parkways Maintenance District fund
balance ~o the Capital Improvement budget to pay for landscaping
improvements.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South &.
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 25th day
