CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 92-15 TO THE 1991-1992
OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the operating budget must be amended to provide for
payments on the outstanding promissory notes for the Price Club and
Pyramid properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Soutk San Francisco that it hereby authorize the transfer of
$453,299 from the general fund to the capital improvement fund to
provide for these costs.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regu] ar meeting held on the 25th day of
