HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 31-1992 RESOLUTION NO. 31-92 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR THE PROPOSED BART-SFO EXTENSION WHEREAS, the engineering consultant firm of Alan J. Moore Associates has been retained to evaluate the cost estimates for the various proposed BART track alignments in South San Francisco; and WHEREAS, cost estimate reviews would focus on the entire South San Francisco segment as now proposed; the vertical alignment costs between Mission and Chestnut and the entire South San Francisco segment as affected by the Mission to Chestnut vertical alignments. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that it hereby approves the following budget appropriation of $27,500 for this purpose. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to execute any and all documents necessary to implement the project. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 8th day of April , 1992 by the following vote. AYES: Councilmembers Jack Draqo, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri Teqlia, and Mayor John R. Penna NOES: N0ne ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Councilmember Gus Nicolooulos ATTEST: City Clerk
