CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
FOR ECONOMIC CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR THE PROPOSED
BART-SFO EXTENSION
WHEREAS, the economic consultant firm of Kotin, Regan &
Mouchly [KRM) has been retained to analyze the data provided in the
draft EIR for the proposed BART-SFO Extension; and
WHEREAS, portions of the work would be subcontracted to Angus
McDonald & Associates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that it hereby approves the following budget
appropriation of $22,000 for this purpose.
BE iT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to
execute any and all documents necessary to implement the project.
A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
