A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 92-19 TO THE 1991-1992
OPERATING BUDGET PLACING $26,000
INTO THE RENTAL REHABILITATION
INCOME ACCOUNT
REAS, the city's Rental Rehabilitation Program offers
loans to owners of rental property to assist them in
their structures up to Code; and
~EAS, during the fiscal year 1991-92, a $26,000 Rental
~ation loan was repaid to the City; and
~EAS, the operating budget must be amended to incorporate
nds into the CDBG operating budget which allows for

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City
San Francisco that $26,000 is incorporated into the
