CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE
AIRPORT BOULEVARD STREET LIGHT IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the call for bids as provided in
ResolutLon No. 28-92 adopted April 8, 1992, and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 5th day
of May L992, for the Airport Boulevard Street Light Improvements
Project - Project ST-90-3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
city of South San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsSble bidder, Community Electric, Inc. of San Rafael in the
amount of One Hundred Forty-One Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Two
Dollars ($141,462).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the written contract between the City and the successful
bidder on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I kereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South
San Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 27th
day of May , 1992 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drano, Joseph A. Fernekes, and
Mayor John R. Penna
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT:
Councilmember Roberta Cerri Teqlia
