CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT 92-8
TO THE 1991-1992 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, Airport Boulevard Street Light Improvements Project
will provide new street lights with an underground distribution
system on Airport Boulevard from Miller Avenue to Butler Avenue;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco that:
1. It hereby adopts this budget amendment to appropriate
$141,462.00 from the unappropriated gas tax fund balance to the
Airport Boulevard Undergrounding Project; and
2. The City Council hereby awards the contract to
Community Electric, Inc. of San Rafael, the lowest responsible
bidder, in the amount of $141,461.00; and

bids.
The City Council hereby rejects all other proposals or
