CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
SUPPLEMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR AIRCRAFT NOISE INSULATION PROJECT-PHASE VI
WHEREAS, pursuant to the call for bids as provided in
Resolution No. 11-92 adopted February 12, 1992, and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the
17th day of March 1992, for the Aircraft Noise Insulation
Project - Phase VI, Project #PB-91-9.
~EREAS, when construction bids were opened, the lowest
bid was much lower than had been anticipated which resulted in
sufficient savings to insulate fifty-three (53) more homes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE'IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to provide
consulting services to insulate fifty-three (53) more homes to
Corlett, Skaer & DeVoto Architects.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the supplemental agreement between the City and
Corlett, Skaer & DeVoto Architects on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
city of South San Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on
the 27~h day of MaY , 1992 by the following
vote:

Councilmembers Jack Draqo, Joseph A. Fernekes, and
Mayor John R. Penna
