CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY
FOR THE WIDENING OF DUBUQUE AVENUE AS PART OF THE
OYSTER POINT INTERCHANGE RIGHT-OF-WAY PROJECT

it is necessary to acquire land in order to
ate the widening of Dubuque Avenue as part of the Oyster
terchange Right-of-Way Project; and

REAS, property appraisal and acquisition negotiations have
c¢~nducted for the City by the Santa Clara County
on on Agency; and
, the contract provides that PG&E will grant a 10 foot
strip of land across their property frontage to be a public service
easement and will be paid a sum of $3,588; and
, PG&E will also grant an additional five foot strip of
land for a temporary construction easement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that the City Manager is hereby authorized
to appro~ this property acquisition contract and sign any and all
document~ necessary to accomplish this project.
