RESOLUTION NO. 55-92
~OUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE
BADEN AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
~REAS, pursuant to the call for bids as provided in
[on No. 5-92 adopted January 22, 1922, and published notice,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city
San Francisco, that:
The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
ble bidder, G. Bortolotto & Co. in the amount of Seven
Twenty Five Thousand Seventy Three Dollars ($725,073.00).
The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
the written contract between the City and the successful
~n file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
