HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 61-1992RESOLUTION NO. 61-92 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ANNUAL REPORT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO WEST PARK 1 AND 2 PARKS AND PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that: 1. This City Council has heretofore ordered the formation of, and levied the first assessment within, the City of South San Francisco West Park 1 and 2 Parks and Parkways Maintenance District, pursuant to the provisions of the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 (commencing at §22500 of the California Streets and Highways Code). 2. Sections 22620, et seq. of the California Streets and Highways Code provide for the levy of annual assessments after formation of the District. 3. Within the district, the existing and proposed improvenents and any substantial changes proposed to be made to the existin~ improvements are generally as described on Exhibit "A" attached and by reference made a part of this Resolution. 4. Ray von Dohren, City Engineer of the City of South San Francisco, is hereby designated as Engineer of Work for purposes of the District, is hereby ordered to prepare and file an annual report in accordance with Section 22565, et seq. of the California Streets and Highways Code. I kereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the city Council of the City of South San Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 24th day of Juqe , 1992 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Robert Yee, and Vice Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Mayor John R. Penna RESOLUTION riO. 61-92 EXHIBIT "A" CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO (West Park l&2 Parks and Parkways Maintenance District) DESCRIPTION OF WORK The improvements consist of the installation, maintenance and servicing of all plants, surface areas, and recreational facilities; including, but not limited to, walkways, play apparatus, lighting, turf areas, shrubs and trees on all of the common areas and lands owned by the City within the assessment district.
