HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 71-1992 RESOLUTION NO. 71-92 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT OF PROPERTY AS PART OF THE OYSTER POINT INTERCHANGE RIGHT-OF-WAY PROJECT WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire land in order to accommodate the temporary construction easement as part of the Oyster Point Interchange Right-of-Way Project; and WHEREAS, property appraisal and acquisition negotiations have been conducted for the City by the Santa Clara County Transportation on Agency; and WHEREAS, the contract provides that Linda and Joseph Daniel will grant a temporary construction easement to allow the City's contractors to do the necessary work, and will be paid a sum of $1,730. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Manager is hereby authorized to approve this property acquisition contract and sign any and all documents necessary to accomplish this project. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a re§u] ar meeting held on the 8th day of July , 1992 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri Te§lia, Robert Yee, and Mayor John R. Penna NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None
