CITY CCUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
CITY COUNCIL MODIFYING THE SALARY OF THE
HOUSING/COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION SPECIALIST
WHEREAS, the salary schedule for Rehabilitation
Specialist was placed in the A.F.S.C.M.E. Memorandum
Understanding by Resolution No. 143-89; and
of
WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Understanding establishes the
subject salary ranging from $16.26 per hour to $19.76 per hour; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to raise the salary in order to be
competitive with other cities and thereby aid in recruitment for a
Rehabilitation Specialist; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco does resolve as follows:
1. The salary range for Housing/Commercial Rehabilitation
Specialist as of July 1, 1992 shall be as follows:
Housing/
Commercial A B C D E
Rehabilitation
Specialist
(Hourly) 18.73 19.72 20.76 21.85 23.00
2. This Resolution shall take effect on adoption.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 8th day of
Ju'y , 1992 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri Teglia,
Robert Yee, and Mayor John R. Penna
NOES:
Councilmember Jack Drago
