CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
SHORELINE LANDSCAPING AT HASKINS WAY
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 13th day of June, 1990,
for SHORELINE LANDSCAPING AT HASKINS WAY, PROJECT NO. PR 90-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Interstate Grading and Paving, Inc., in South San Francisco for the
bid price of Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety One Dollars ($13,791.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 8th day of August
, 1990 by the following vote:

and Mayor Richard A. Haffey
