CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 90-1 TO THE 1990-1991
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City council previously adopted the 1990-1991 Capital
Improvement Budget which appropriates $11,000 for the Shoreline Landscaping at
Haskins Way project; and~
WHEREAS, the cost of the project based on bids received will be $16,300
leaving a shortfall of $5,300.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby approves the transfer of the sum of $5,300 from
the contingency reserve of the Capital Improvement Budget to the Shoreline
Landscaping at Haskins Way account.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
reqular meeting held on the 8th day of August , 1990 by the
following vote:
