CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE ALTA LOMA PATHWAY PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 24th day of July, 1990,
for the ALTA LOMA PATHWAY PROJECT, PROJECT NO. ST-90-1.
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. T~e Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Escuivel Grading & Paving, Inc., San Francisco in the amount of
Twenty Three Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Dollars ($23,670.00).
2. TYe City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. TYe Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 8th day of August
