CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN ACQUISITION AGREEMENT
FOR THE POINTE GRAND BUSINESS PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the
City an Acquisition Agreement between the City and NC Land
Associates. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City
Clerk's office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 8th day
