CI-Y COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OK CONTRACT
FOR BURI BURI PARK IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 24th day of July, 1990,
for BURI BURI PARK IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. PR-89-2.
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. Tke Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Interstate Grading and Paving, Inc., in South San Francisco for the
bid price of Six Hundred Forty Two Thousand One Hundred Sixty Six Dollars
($642,166).
2. T~e City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract w~th the successful bidder.
3. T~e Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 16th day of August
, 1990 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna, Roberta Cerri
Teglia, and Mayor Richard A. Haffey
