CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 90-2 TO THE 1990-1991
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council previously adopted the 1990-1991 Capital
Improvement Budget which appropriates $697,765 for the Buri Buri Park
Improvement project; and
WHEREAS, the cost of the project based on bids received will be $737,765
leaving a shortfall of $40,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby approves the transfer of the sum of $40,000 from
the contingency reserve of the Capital Improvement Budget to the Buri Buri
Park Improvement account.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 16th day of August
