CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO THE DESIGNATION
OF A PORTION OF HILLSIDE BOULEVARD AS A
COUNTY HIGHWAY
WHEREAS, as a part of the Terrabay Development the County of San Mateo
has agreed to widen and improve an existing portion of Hillside Boulevard and
construct the Hillside Boulevard extension, both of which are shown on Exhibit
"A" attach)d hereto and incorporated herein; and
WHEREAS, in order to do this work the County Board of Supervisors must
designate those portions of Hillside Boulevard as county highway which
designation must be consented to by the City of South San Francisco.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that is consents to the designation of those portions of
Hillside Boulevard shown on Exhibit "A" as county highway.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a continued
regular meeting held on the 19th day of September
