CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "CARTER PARK II CONDOMINIUM"
SUBDIVISION FINAL MAP AND RELATED
DOCUMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:

Tte Final Map, entitled "Carter Park II Condominium Subdivision Final
Map", is hereby approved.
2. A~Fep%ance of D~icatipns
The dedications of public use as shown on the map of Carter Park II
Condominiun Subdivision for street purposes and easements for public utilities
are hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to certify the City's
acceptance.
3. Recordation
The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record or cause recordation
of the Final Map and in the official records of the County.
4. .Copies of Recorded ~gcumgn~?
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map shall be
filed in the Office of the City Engineer, and the Building Division shall withhold
building permits until the copies of the recorded documents are filed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a continued regular
meeting he'd on the 19th day of September , 1990, by the following v6te:
