CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR CIRCLE COURT SANITARY SEWER
REPLACEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 29th day of August, 1990,
for Circle Court Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project, Project No. SS-90-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. T~e Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Satterfield and Co. LTD of South San Francisco for the Bid Price of
One Hundrec Eighty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Seven Dollars and
Seventy Seven Cents ($188,977.77).
2. T~e City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract w~th the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a continued
regular meeting held on the 19th day of September , 1990 by
the following vote:
