CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 90-3 TO THE 1990-1991
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council previously adopted the 1990-1991 Capital
Improvement Budget, but it does not appropriate any money for emergency
replacement of sanitary sewer lines at Circle Court; and
WHEREAS, the design and construction of the project will cost $260,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that is hereby approves the transfer of the sum of $260,000 from
the Sewer Fund to the Capital Improvement Budget for the Circle Court Sewer
Line Replacement Project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a continued
reqular meeting held on the 19th day of September , 1990, by the
following vote:
