CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT FOR RIGNT-OF-WAY MANAGEMENT AND
EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO TNE
AGREEMENT FOR FINAL DESIGN FOR THE OYSTER
POINT GRADE SEPARATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that:
1. The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City an
Agreement for Right-Of-Way Management for Oyster Point between the City of
South San Francisco and Wiebe Associates. A copy of the Agreement is on file
in the City Clerk's Office.
2. The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City
Amendment No. 3 to the Design Agreement between the City of South San
Francisco and CN2MH/T.Y. Lin. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City
Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a continued
reqular meeting held on the 19th day of September , 1990 by the
following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Richard A. Haffey
