CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
A SOLID WA~TG PLANNIN: A:~EEMENT WITH
BRISBANE AND MILLBRAE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that:
The 3ity Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City an
Agreement for the Solid Waste Planning entitled "Agreement Between the Cities
of South San Francisco, Millbrae and Brisbane Relating to Compliance with the
California Integrated Waste Management Act of 1989". A copy of the Agreement
is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
reqular meeting held on the 26th day of September , 1990 by the
following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Jack Drago, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Richard A. Haffey
