A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 90-3 TO THE 1990-1991
OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, enforcement of a noise regulation ordinance requires the purchase
of sound level meter equipment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that $12,600 is transferred from the undesignated fund balance
of the General Fund to the Police Department Patrol budget for the purchase of
necessary equipment.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adoptec by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting°held on the 26th day of September , 1990 by the
following vote:
