CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTN SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS FOR A DEPENDENT
CARE PLAN WITH ATHENS BENEFITS INSURANCE
SERVICES, INC. AND C.E. NELSON ADMINISTRATORS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the
City an agreement to furnish the design of a Dependent Care Program
between the City of South San Francisco and Athens Benefits
Insurance Services, Inc., and an agreement to furnish
administration services for a Dependent Care Plan between the City
of Sout~ San Francisco and C.E. Nelson Administrators. A copy of
each Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I Yereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the lOth day of
October , 1990, by the following vote:
